VELVET REVOLVER: 'Slither' Video Posted Online

VELVET REVOLVER's video for "Slither", the first single off their upcoming "Contraband" debut, is available for viewing on the MTV.com web site at this location.

As previously reported, the "Slither" clip, which was directed by Kevin Kerslake (NIRVANA, RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS, SONIC YOUTH),follows club kids as they chase through underground tunnels in search of the rock band. The catacomb scenes were shot last month in the Czech Republic, while the performance scenes were filmed in Los Angeles in early April.

VELVET REVOLVER will embark on a North American tour beginning on May 13 in St. Louis, Missouri. A "secret" gig at The Roxy in West Hollywood, California is planned for Sunday, May 9.
